     i formatted my SD Card but not working again..showing me card damage.what can i do?

     I think that you can replace with a new one, or try to give a low level format, that worked for me

     its like Autel dont have a good support, i better switch to a better scanner

    Well, in some cases, it will be the fault of card holder. 
    If that is the case, I would suggest you contact your dealer and ask him to check the card holder for you.

    i formatted the successfully but when i log on to the website it showing to buy update, yes, my up date has expired but i think am still entitle to use my software but not for new cars. please, where and how can i download my previous files? here s my serial number: DS011Q002693

    There is another way to fix your problem.
    Just copy all the files in your old SD card to your new card.

    Sorry, I forgot you had formatted your SD card.
    In that case, I am afraid you will have to purchase a update.

     You are right, It´s incredible you have to pay half the cost of a new tool just for  software updates. If you don´t have a backup of the SD card (they never tell you to do it or even how to do it), You also have to pay for new software or your Tool becomes a piece of useless junk. I have just received a response telling me this 
    "Good Day,

    Since your unit is past the update or active software period, you will have to get the renewal updates. Once you get that, you will be able to get the updates. I apologize."

    They don´t even offer to give you a copy of what you have already paid before, One thing is to Upgrade because you want to, and other thing is to be forced to upgrade. Very bad experience with this Autel lack of responsability and respect towards the customers. I am really disappointed!
